Got 3 back ordered tubs, one with concealed damage.

Always inspect the carton very carefully before you accept delivery (or load it on your truck to go to a job). Save yourself a time consuming process and the chance that you will get the blame.

Remember, wholesalers like to ship their damage goods to the farthest ends of the earth hoping you will accept it and make it work.

This tub ding didn't really even show up on the carton but it would be noticeable once installed.
